William W. Engle, 87, Meyersdale, died November 16, 2022 at his home. Born October 27, 1935 in Meyersdale, the son of the late Irvin Wagner and Clara (Crissinger) Engle.

Also preceded in death by his brother, Irvin Wagner Engle.

Survived by his wife: Doris Marie (Bittinger) Engle; children: Brenda Stoner; Susan Havoline and husband Norman; Edward Engle and wife Jennifer; grandchildren: Chris, Keith, Ashley, Brittany, Brighton, Lauren, and Madison.

He was a contractor, building many homes in the area. He also was the Carpentry Instructor for Somerset County Vo-Tech for 28 years. A member of the Somerset County Builders Association and Mt. Davis Maple Leaf Campers. He enjoyed camping, teaching carpentry, working with his hands and being there to help others.

Friends will be received from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at Price Funeral Service, Meyersdale, where funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, with Pastor Dottie Grew officiating.
