Rose V. Lindeman, 94, a resident at Goodwill Retirement Community in Grantsville, Maryland, formerly of Meyersdale, passed away January 27, 2019. Born September 28, 1924 in Berlin, the daughter of Clarence and Sarah (Finley) Brant. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Floyd; brothers: Clark and Blaine Brant; and sister, Thelma.

Survived by children: Leroy (Evelyn) Lindeman, West Middlesex; and Connie (Darrell) Mumford, Round Hill, VA; 5 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and brother: Floyd Brant, Garrett.

Rose volunteered the longest at the Meyersdale Senior Center, where she also enjoyed playing cards with her friends. She crocheted many afghans, enjoyed making crafts, and taking bus trips.

She was a member of Meyersdale Church of the Brethren.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, February 4, 2019 at St. Paul Wilhelm Cemetery, with Pastor Pete Kaltenbaugh officiating.
