Ronald E. Frampton

Ronald E. Frampton, 73, of Meyersdale, died January 1, 2022, the same day as his daughter, Susan Vinosky. Born February  8, 1948 in Somerset, the son of  Howard and Elda (Bailey) Frampton.

Preceded in death by his parents; sisters: Ruth Ann Pyle, Kathy Handwerk, and Brenda McClemens; and daughter-in-law: Beverly (Noble) Frampton.

Survived by his wife of 54 years, Mary Katheryn (Gindlesperger) Frampton; children: Ronald (Melissa) Frampton, Steven (Robin) Frampton, Bradley (Amanda) Frampton, Michael Frampton, and Jason (Lillian) Frampton; son-in-law: Mark Vinosky; 14 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren.

He retired in 2012 from Meyersdale Borough as the foreman and was a  member of the Maple Leaf Rod and Gun Club.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and spending time with his family and 2 precious dogs.

Friends will be received from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Wednesday at Price Funeral Service, Inc., Meyersdale. Funeral services for Ron and his daughter, Susan, will be conducted following the visitation at 1 p.m. Wednesday with Pastor Michael Swick officiating. Masks are required. Interment Highland Cemetery, Garrett.
