Matthew E. Fike

Matthew E. Fike, 43, of Meyersdale, passed away on Saturday, May 21, 2022 at Meyersdale Medical Center. Born June 8, 1978 in Meyersdale, the son of Homer E. Fike, of Meyersdale, and the late Linda L. (Gnagey) Fike.

In addition to his father, he is survived by his sister: Kara Kroll, Myrtle Beach, SC; and nephew: Taylor Kroll, Pittsburgh. Matthew was a graduate of Meyersdale High School and attended college prior to becoming a flight attendant with US Airways. He resided in Philadelphia for many years prior to returning to Meyersdale. Matthew loved the outdoors and fishing.

Friends will be received from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 31, at Price Funeral Service, Inc., Meyersdale. Memorial service will begin at 11 a.m. following the visitation, with Pastor Eric Shaulis officiating.
