Mary Lee (Troutman) Bowman

Mary Lee Bowman, 88, of Meyersdale, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 16, 2021 at the Meyersdale Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.

Born February 17, 1933 in Southampton Twp., the daughter of the late Allen E. and Mayme (Smith) Troutman. Also preceded in death by her husband, Gordon Bowman in 2010; brother: Robert Troutman; and sisters: Gladys G. Korns, Phyllis Troutman, Elva Long, and Doris Smith.

She is survived by her son, Terry G. Bowman; grandsons: Matthew Bowman and Mark (Lindsey) Bowman; great grandchildren: Carter and Skylar; brothers: Harold Troutman, Grantsville, MD; and John Troutman, Hyndman; and sister: Carol Troutman, Meyersdale.
Mrs. Bowman was a 1950 graduate of Meyersdale High School and had been employed at the Meyersdale Manufacturing Factory and Murphy's in Cumberland, MD.

She was a member of the Grace Independent Bible Church, Meyersdale.

There will be no visitation or viewing. A private graveside service will be held at Grace Cemetery at White Oak.

The family would like to thank the hospice, Meyersdale Medical Center and the Meyersdale Healthcare and Rehabilitation for their loving care.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Grace Independent Bible Church.
