Marie B. (Lichty) Lee

Marie B. Lee, 91, of Meyersdale, went home to be with the Lord on July 14, 2020 at her home. Born November 27, 1928 in Rockwood, the daughter of Charles and Mae (Burkholder) Lichty.

Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Clyde W. “Skinner” Lee; stepson: Joe Lee; brother: Charles Lee Jr.; sister: Blanche Tomberelli; step-grandson: Adam Lee.

Survived by her children: David Robertson and wife Denise, Somerset; Patti Shaulis and husband Eric, Meyersdale; stepchildren: John Lee and wife Debi, and Edith Lee; grandchildren: Kerri Ziesman and husband David, Jessica Eller and husband Jamie, Travis Shaulis and wife Christina, Marlee Clabaugh and husband Zach, Brandi Shaulis and fiancé Cody Wedge; step-grandchildren: Jeff, John, and Julie; great granddaughter: Madison. Also survived by her brothers: Willard L. Lichty and Daniel R. Lichty.

She was a retired folder from Meyersdale Manufacturing

Marie was a member of Meyersdale Church of the Brethren, where she was the cook for Kids’ Klub. She enjoyed yardwork, watching her birds, crocheting, swimming, and volunteering at the Meyersdale Food Pantry. She loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Price Funeral Service, Meyersdale. Viewing from 10 a.m. until funeral service at 11 a.m. Saturday at Meyersdale Church of the Brethren, with Pastor Eric Shaulis officiating. Interment Meyersdale Area Union Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Meyersdale Church of the Brethren, for the Marie Lee Kids’ Klub Educational Scholarship.
