Madeline K.Shultz, 90, of Meyersdale, died July 12, 2018 at Meadow View Nursing Center, Berlin. Born February 1, 1928 in Cumberland, Maryland, the daughter of James and Mary (Lavan) Klosterman. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jon J. Shultz; two brothers and one sister.

Survived by her daughters: Karen Mosholder and husband John, and Jan Firl and husband Danny, all of Meyersdale; grandchildren: Jill, Steven, and Kelsey; great grandchildren: Madeline, Samuel, Eric, Hayden, and Levi. She was a member of Amity United Church of Christ.

A private funeral service will be conducted for her family. Interment Reformed Cemetery, Meyersdale.
