Lucille (Weimer) Carlin of Fairfax, VA passed away at the age of 102, surrounded by the love of her family on February 23, 2024. Lucille was born November 20, 1921, the daughter of the late William H. and Mary Weimer from Sand Patch, PA.
Lucille was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, James Harold Carlin.
She lived in Fairfax, VA for 73 years where she and her husband worked and raised their five children. Daughters - Linda S. Nalls (spouse/Russell Nalls), Joyce Y. Carlin and Mary J. Carlin. Sons - Craig W. Carlin (spouse/Alice Carlin) and Paul E. Carlin (spouse/Karen Carlin). Seven grandchildren - Brian Nalls, Kyle Nalls, Jessica Channell, Jeremy Carlin, Steven Carlin, William Carlin, and Timothy Carlin.
Lucille is also survived by her seven great grandchildren - Charlie Nalls, Darcy Nalls, Connor Nalls, Amelia Channell, Samuel Channell, Scott Channell, Everett Carlin, and one grandson due in April.
A visitation will be held on Saturday March 2, 2024, at Mt. Carmel Lutheran Church at White Oak, 4829 Cumberland Hwy, Meyersdale, PA 15552 from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. A funeral service will follow visitation beginning at 2:00 P.M. Rev. Glenn P. Foster officiating. Interment at the Mt. Carmel Cemetery at White Oak.
