Jean A. Durst, 75, Meyersdale, passed away February 15, 2023 at Meadow View Nursing Center, Berlin. Born June 28, 1947 in Lorton, Virginia, the daughter of Jessie and Virginia (Gatewood) Rhodes.
Preceded in death by her parents; brothers-in-law: Dennis, Mitch, Neil, Richard, Rodger, and Wayne Durst; sister-in-law: Diane Durst.
Survived by her husband, Merle Durst; children: Kimberly Durst, Deborah Yommer, and Merle "Cubby" Durst II; grandchildren: Victoria Albright, Ashley Roth, William and Kaycee Yommer, and Zander Durst; great grandchildren: Madyson Albright, Braelin Roth, Alexander Roth, Grayson Roth, Ryder Albright, Alivia Roth, and Versella Lozinskiy; sister: Mary Tabor; sisters-in-law: Sondra Peck, Donna House, and Judith Stanton; and brother-in-law: Gary Durst.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
