Evelyn M. (Brown) Dunmeyer

Evelyn M. (Brown) Dunmeyer, 92, of Meyersdale, died August 31, 2020 at Meyersdale Healthcare and Rehabilitation. Born September 28, 1927, in Meyersdale, the daughter of Frank and Catherine (Smith) Brown.

Preceded in death by her parents; husband: Donald G. Dunmeyer Sr.; brothers: Kenneth, Ralph, Donald, and Robert Brown; sisters: Betty Fisher, Florence Brown and Margaret Brown.

Survived by her sons: Donald Dunmeyer Jr. and wife Pamela, Cape Cod, Mass.; Michael Dunmeyer and wife Jaci, Meyersdale; daughter: Donna Hetrick and husband Floyd, Meyersdale; grandchildren: Jody, Greg, Grant, Richard, Melissa, Matt, Mitch and Mark; great grandchildren: Jon Allen, Chelsey, Danielle, Tanner, Paige, Amanda, Jacob, Savannah; great great grandchildren: Kyla, Harper, Scarlet, Ezra, Brantley, Kinsley, Hurley, Railey; brother: Frank Brown Jr.; sisters: Nina Werner and Mildred Bittner.

Member of Amity United Church of Christ, where she was a member of the choir and taught Sunday school. She was a member of the Meyersdale Fire Department and Meyersdale Legion Auxiliaries.

Funeral services will be held privately for the family. Interment Meyersdale Area Union Cemetery.
