Elaine D. “Honey” Franklin, 91, of Meyersdale, died September 11, 2020 at Meadow View Nursing Center, Berlin. Born June 17, 1929 in Coal Run, the daughter of Andrew and Elizabeth (Hinebaugh) Hotchkiss. Preceded in death by her parents; husband: Richard Franklin; daughter: Linda Sue; brothers: Fay, Leroy, Harold, and William; and sisters: Ethel and Kathleen.

She is survived by her children: Gregory and Judy Ann; grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She enjoyed arts and crafts, spending time with her family, reading the word of God, looking at her photo albums, and her cats.

Friends will be received from noon until 2 p.m., Thursday at Price Funeral Service, Meyersdale, where funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. following the visitation, with Celebrant Peg Marshall officiating. She will be laid to rest at Salisbury Cemetery at a later date.
