Marjorie Jane Beal, 89, of Meyersdale, died September 22, 2018 at Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown. Born March 18, 1929 in Meyersdale, the daughter of Oscar Taft and Elizabeth Winifred (Reese) Bowman

Preceded in death by her parents; sons: Wayne Lee and Mark L. Beal; brother: Wayne Bowman; and sister: Pauline Cook.

Survived by her husband of 67 years, Harry S. Beal; sons: Mack (Kay) Beal and Merle (Cindy) Beal; daughter-in-law: Melissa Beal; grandchildren: Ron Davis, Travis Beal, Ashleigh Mankey, Matthew Beal, and Nicole Hartline; great grandchildren: Bridgette, Bayleigh, Aubreigh, Mason, and Danielle.

She was a member of Hostetler Church of the Brethren, where she enjoyed quilting with the Women’s Club.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Price Funeral Service, Meyersdale. Viewing from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11 a.m. Thursday at Hostetler Church of the Brethren, with Rev. Irvin Ernst officiating. Interment Hostetler Church Cemetery.
