Paul Jackson “Jack” Yoder, 89, of Meyersdale, died July 26, 2016 at Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown. Born August 24, 1926 in Summit Twp., the son of Mahlon J. and Eva (Faidley) Yoder. Preceded in death by his parents; wife of 63 years, Anna Bertha (Nicholson) Yoder; and brothers: Russell, Donald, Billy, Jacob, and Warren Yoder.

Survived by his children: Kenneth P. (Wanda) Yoder, Salisbury, and Carol (Ted) Evans, Meyersdale; grandchildren: Susan (Todd) Dyche, Grantsville, MD; Timothy (Kimberly) Yoder, Meyersdale; and Mary Ann (Ron) Cullen, Stafford, VA; great grandchildren: Alexandria and Ethan Dyche, Daniel and Hannah Yoder, and Paige and Brenden Cullen; great greatgranddaughter: Fallon Lung. Jack had a close friendship with his cousin, Ron Brenneman, nephew, Eugene Yoder, his neighbors, and especially with, his Amish neighbors. Jack was a WWII U.S. Army veteran. He retired from Somerset Rural Electric.

He was a life-long member of Summit Mills Grace Brethren Church, where he was involved in many positions within the church, a member of the NRA, and one of the original trustees of Camp Albryoca Youth Camp, where he held a position until the time of his death. His family and church were his top priorities.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, at Price Funeral Service, Meyersdale. Viewing will be held from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Friday, at Summit Mills Grace Brethren Church, with Pastor Andy Gannon officiating. Interment St. Paul (Wilhelm) Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests gifts be given in his name to Camp Albryoca, c/o Ted Evans, Treasurer, 7859 Mt. Davis Rd., Meyersdale, PA 15552.
