Shirley A. Ohler, 90, of Meyersdale, passed away March 26, 2026 at her home. Born July 16, 1935 in Greenville Township, the daughter of Melvin and Lillie (Baer) Yutzy.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert G. "Bob" Ohler; daughter-in-law: Nimi Ohler; brother: Darrell Yutzy and wife Dorothy; sister: Helen Gnagey and husband Milton; sister-in-law: Mildred Yutzy.
Shirley is survived by her loving family: son: Richard Ohler; daughter: Cindy Beal and husband Merle; grandchildren: Matthew Beal and wife Laura, Nicole Hartline and husband Joey, Michael Ohler, and Megan Ohler; 5 great grandchildren: Danielle, Maddie, Haylee, Bryce and Grayson; brothers: Donald Yutzy and Dale Yutzy and wife Betty.
She was a folder at Meyersdale Shirt Factory, also worked at American ITI, Salisbury, and Penn Tables. She is a member Zion Lutheran Church, Meyersdale. Shirley loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren and enjoyed all the family gatherings. She also loved taking vacations and trips to the casinos, and she always made time to enjoy maple walnut ice cream.
Family will receive friends from 1 to 3 and 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 1 at Price Funeral Service, Meyersdale. Funeral service will begin following visitation at 6 p.m. Wednesday, with Rev. Dave Klink officiating.
