Shelby J. Geiger, 87, of Meyersdale, went to be with the Lord on August 24, 2024, after battling cancer for decades. Shelby was born July 21, 1937 in Meyersdale, the daughter of Wilbert and Mazie (Gray) Engle.

Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lewis C. Geiger; brother: Donald Engle; sisters-in-law: Mary Alice Engle, Doris Wilt, Dolly Beiler and Mary Paul; brothers-in-law: Duane Schafer, William Johnson, William Geiger and Donald Geiger. Also preceded in death by her best friend, Patricia Klahre.

Survived by her daughters: Darlene (Leon) Miller; Charlene (Rev. David) Klink, all of Meyersdale; grandchildren: Arthur (Jen) Darnell, Kristin (Hamilton) George, and Shane (Paige) Miller; 7 great grandchildren: Eliza (Kyle) Mostoller, Ella (Zachary) Landis, Regan George, Elaina Darnell, Elyssa Darnell, Hayden George and Carolyn George; 3 adorable great great grandchildren: Garrett and Levi Mostoller and Charlee Landis, who all lovingly call her "Mom Mom".

She is also survived by 2 loving sisters: Shirley Johnson and Judy Schafer; 2 sisters-in-law: Linda Bond and Judy Wolf; and an "adopted" great grandson, Ethan Leydig.
Shelby was a member of Cornerstone Apostolic Church, Meyersdale.

Family will receive friends from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Price Funeral Service, Meyersdale. Funeral service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday at Cornerstone Apostolic Church, Meyersdale. Pastor Justin Miles and Pastor Brandon Risinger officiating. Interment Meyersdale Area Union Cemetery.
