Rose Mary (Cesa) Miller, 75, of Valencia, PA passed away February 9, 2026 at AHN Hospital, Wexford, PA. Born September 30, 1950 in Ridgway, PA, the daughter of Ernest and Flora (Parziale) Cesa.She is preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Joseph and Daniel Cesa.She is survived by her loving family: husband, Gregory O. Miller, Valencia, PA; son, Gregory Miller Jr., Penn Hills, PA; daughter, Rita (Jim) Ostapchenko, Mars, PA; sisters: Patricia (Bill) Critchfield, Harrodsburg, KY and Mary Cesa, Forest Hills, PA; she was a very loving and devoted Grandma to Madelyn, Kaden, and Ella Ostapchenko.Rosie was a kind and caring inspiration for all who knew her. Most of her time was spent helping others, reading, and enjoying her grandchildren. "Miss Rosie" was also a beloved Montessori pre-school teacher who taught multiple generations of children in the Penn Hills/Verona area from her home-based pre-school.Rosie was a faithful member of St. Joseph's Church in Verona, PA and a more recent member of St. Richard's Church in Gibsonia, PA. For the past four years she was a resident of the St. Barnabas Nursing Home in Valencia, PA, and the family would like to thank their staff for all of their excellent care.Family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday, February 15, at Price Funeral Service, Inc., Meyersdale.
