Paul E. Troutman, 96, of Meyersdale, died May 17, 2020 at Meyersdale Healthcare and Rehabilitation. Born July 15, 1923 in Wellersburg, the son of Irvin and Nina (Getz) Troutman.

Preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Nellie M. (Platter) Troutman; 3 daughters; and brothers: Edwin Troutman and Ray Getz.

Survived by his wife, Lily B. (Crissey) Troutman; son: Harold Troutman and wife Nancy, Wellersburg; daughter: Mary Louise Troutman, Cumberland, Maryland; stepgrandchildren: Karen Lease and husband, Craig, Grantsville, Maryland; and Kevin Burkett, Franklin, West Virginia.

Paul was a WWII United States Army veteran. He worked many years as a self-employed welder. He attended Grace Independent Bible Church. A private viewing and service will be held at Price Funeral Service, Meyersdale, with Rev. Thomas Horner officiating.

Interment Rest Lawn Memorial Gardens, LaVale, Maryland. In lieu of flowers, a memorial contribution in Paul’s memory can be made to the charity of your choice.
