Judy Ann (Shultz) Bolden

Judy Ann Bolden, 77, of Meyersdale, passed away peacefully on May 29, 2021. Born July 31, 1943 in Meyersdale, the daughter of of the late John H. and Hilda (Ebaugh) Shultz.

Judy graduated from Meyersdale Joint High School in 1961 and Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in 1964. She spent 40 years working as a Registered Nurse at Meyersdale Hospital and Family Health Care. She was an active member of Amity United Church of Christ, and enjoyed singing in the choir. She was also a member of Meyersdale's Friends of the Library, and competed in many Death by Chocolate events.

Judy is survived by her two daughters: Susan Rodrigues (John) and Rebecca Mason (John); 3 grandchildren: Samuel, Quinn, and Eli. She is also survived by two sisters: Janet Woods and Linda Javan, and brother: Jerry Shultz, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her sister, Sandy Jenkins and David Bolden.

She enjoyed tending her many flower gardens, baking and canning, music, reading and spoiling her grandsons.

Family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday at Price Funeral Service, Meyersdale. Viewing will also be held from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. Saturday at Amity United Church of Christ, Meyersdale. Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday with Rev. Connie Garlick officiating. Interment Meyersdale Area Union Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Judy's name to the Meyersdale Public Library, PO Box 98, Meyersdale, PA 15552.
