Henrietta (Patula) Bako Pilat, 93, of Meyersdale formerly of Moxham, passed away on August 26, 2023 at Rest Assured Living Center. Born March 23, 1930 in Thomas Mills, the daughter of Thomas and Edna (Shick) Patula.
Preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Stephen Bako; second husband: William A. Pilat; son: Attorney Paul F. Bako; sister: Juniata Patula and Loretta Keohan.
Survived by her son: John M. Bako married to Shelly (Taft), of Meyersdale; brother: Thomas Patula married to Elaine (Amistadi), of Johnstown; 2 grandchildren: Cara Elizabeth Bako and Jillian Grace Bako. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

She loved to sew, quilt, read, do puzzles, and send cards to people.

Friends will be received from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Thursday, at Price Funeral Service, Meyersdale. Funeral Mass will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday at SS. Philip and James Catholic Church, Meyersdale, with Rev. Stephen Shin OFM Cap. Committal to follow at SS. Peter & Paul's Cemetery, Johnstown.
