Eleonora Mae Fisher (Hampe) of Meyersdale passed away at age 81 on August 29th 2025.
Eleonora was born in Meyersdale on July 26th, 1944 to Clyde A. Hampe and Lydia M. Hampe (Baker). She later married Harry P. Fisher.
She was preceded in death by Harry in 2012 and son-in-law, Shawn Hornig in 2024.
She is survived by her daughter, Deborah Hornig, granddaughter, Alexandra Hornig and grand dog, Molly, all of Mechanicsburg. Also survived by siblings: Naomi Sipple (Henry), Kathy Canon(Bill), Ron Hampe (Dawn), Tammy Hampe(Rob), and Mike Hampe (Wendy), as well as nieces and nephews. She enjoyed decorating, making flower arrangements, and gardening. She loved music, especially Elvis Presley. She loved all things Christmas, and was an avid QVC shopper.
Visitation will be held from 3:00-6:00 pm on Tuesday, September 2nd at Price Funeral Service, in Meyersdale.
Eleonora often donated to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to this organization.
