Doris Marie (Bittinger) Engle, 89, of Meyersdale, died December 12, 2025 at Rest Assured Living Center. Born July 20, 1936 in Grantsville, Md., the daughter of Russell and Ruth (Bittinger) Bittinger.Preceded in death by her parents; and husband, William W. Engle in 2022; siblings: David Bittinger, Gloria McKenzie, Willard Bittinger, Arlene Friend, and Dorothy Hare.

She is survived by her loving family: children: Brenda Stoner; Susan Havoline and husband Norman; Edward Engle and wife Jennifer; grandchildren: Chris, Keith, Ashley, Brittany, Brighton, Lauren, and Madison. She was a long standing member of Mt. Davis Maple Leaf Camping Club. She enjoyed baking, sewing and gardening.

Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, December 14 at Price Funeral Service, Inc., Meyersdale, where funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday, December 15, with Pastor Gabe Yoder officiating. Interment Meyersdale Area Union Cemetery.
