Audrey Elizabeth (Henderson) Stiffey

Audrey Elizabeth Stiffey, 84, of Meyersdale, passed away August 28, 2024 at her home, surrounded by her family.
Born April 10, 1940 in West Wheatfield Twp. (Indiana Co.), the daughter of Hillas Henderson and Ethel (Harris) Henderson Rosensteel. Preceded in death by her parents; husband: Richard Hammond "Dick" Stiffey; sisters: Mae Forsythe and Alice Reeder; and brother: Leland Henderson. Survived by her children: Cheryl married to Dave Miller, Meyersdale; Lynda Edwards, Pompano Beach, FL; and Richard Stiffey, Meyersdale; grandchildren: Brandon Hoover and wife Talia, Tyler Hoover and wife Mandie, Dakota Stiffey and wife Hilary; great grandchildren: Madelynn, Kathryn and Jackson Hoover; Delaney, Waylon, Kash, and Eliza Stiffey. Also survived by her sister: Isabelle Boring and husband Harry. Audrey was a LPN for many years at the State Hospital, and retired from SCI Laurel Highlands. She enjoyed gardening, spending time with her dogs, drinking coffee, painting, and traveling to the casino with her sister.
Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Price Funeral Service, Meyersdale, where funeral service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday. Pastor Eric Shaulis officiating.
