William D. “Willie” Strong, 58, of Meyersdale, died April 22, 2017. Born August 25, 1958 in Indiana, PA the son of the late C. Russell Strong, and Mary Ann (McCoy) Strong, of Meyersdale.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his brother, Brian K. Strong and wife Kathy; sister, Lori L. Rick and husband Dean; nieces: Heather L. Rick and Breanne M. Rick; and nephew: Collin A. Strong.

He was a 1976 graduate of James Buchannon High School, Mercersburg, PA.

A private graveside service will be held for the family at the Meyersdale Area Union Cemetery.
