Mary C. ”Mary K” Nicholson, 88, of Meyersdale went to be with the Lord Saturday, December 16, 2017 at Western Maryland Health System, Cumberland, Maryland. Born October 15, 1929 in Meyersdale, a daughter of Ernest and Viola (Landis) Merrbach. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Richard “Dick” Nicholson, and sister, Doris Darner.

Survived by her two daughters: SueAnn, wife of David Lohr, Meyersdale and their daughters: Lindsey Lohr, and Katie, wife of Lance Eyer; and Rebecca, wife of David Nicklow, and their children: Andrew and Sarah Nicklow, and Kayla (Nicklow) Norris; 6 great granddaughters: Leah and Lillian Eyer, Danika and Lydia Peer, Willow Nicklow, and Madelyn Norris.

An active member of Meyersdale Grace Brethren Church, where she served in many church offices. She retired from the Gift Box, and Meyersdale Day Care. Mary was a devoted wife, mother, grandma, and great grandma. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends, but is rejoicing spending Christmas in Heaven.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, at Price Funeral Service, Meyersdale. Visitation from 10 a.m. until service at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Meyersdale Grace Brethren Church, with Pastor Randy Haulk and Pastor Larry Weigle officiating. Interment St. Paul Wilhelm Cemetery.
