Pearl Yoder Obituary

Pearl V. Yoder, 94, of Meyersdale, passed away February 13, 2024 at Casselman Healthcare and Rehabilitation, Meyersdale. Born June 8, 1929 in Berlin, the daughter of Alexander and Darlie (Ross) Fisher.

Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Carl William "Cotton" Yoder; brothers: Archie Fisher and George Fisher; sisters: Myrtle Harding and Beulah Bender.
Survived by her children: Carl William Yoder Jr. and wife Janie; Jeff Lee Yoder and wife Leeann; Kathy Mostoller; and Vickie Hackett and husband Dudley; 7 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.

Pearl was a member of the Main Street Brethren Church where she loved to sing in the choir. She enjoyed cooking, baking, and tending to her flowers. The family wants to give their sincere appreciation and love to everyone who took phenomenal care of Pearl at the nursing facility.

Family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until funeral service at 11 a.m. Friday, at Price Funeral Service, Inc., Meyersdale. Her son, Pastor Bill Yoder officiating. Interment Meyersdale Area Union Cemetery.
