Roxanne Michelle Smith, 61, of Monroeville, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on January 10, 2018 at home. Born May 27, 1956 in Meyersdale, the daughter of the late Burdette Smith and Margaret (Habel) Smith, of Monroeville. Also preceded in death by a sister, Susan Renee Smith.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her children: Christopher (Lisa) of Plum and Joanna (David) of Monroeville; sister, Barbara (CJ) Kuehn; brother, Steven (Bernadette) Smith, North Huntingdon; nieces and nephews: Nicole (Dan), Matthew (fiancée Justina), Steven Jr. (Katie), Jason, and Sarah (Christopher).

She loved being a mom and attending her children’s activities. She enjoyed attending shows at the Benedum Center, gardening, and watching the Pittsburgh Penguins.

A memorial service will be conducted Monday, January 15, at 11 a.m. at Zion Lutheran Church, Meyersdale, with Rev. Susan Winger officiating. Inurnment Meyersdale Area Union Cemetery.
