Nathan Lee Meyers, 34, of Virginia Beach, VA, formerly of Meyersdale, went to be with the Lord on August 28, 2015. He was born June 17, 1981, the son of Fred and Sharon (Burns) Meyers, of Meyersdale. Preceded in death by his grandparents; Jay and Betty Meyers. Survived by his parents; brother: Stephen Meyers and wife Diana, Salisbury, NC; niece, Gabriella; girlfriend Rachel Shattuck and her son, Jay, Virginia Beach, VA; Also survived by his grandparents, Robert and Evelyn Burns, Kittanning; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was a 2000 graduate of Meyersdale Area High School and a 2004 graduate of Penn State University. Nathan was a civil engineer for Skanska Civil in Virginia Beach, VA. He will be sadly missed by his family, friends, and coworkers. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday and from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Saturday at Price Funeral Service, Meyersdale, with Pastor Eric Shaulis officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the charity of your choice.
