Hazel E. Rhoten, 94, of Meyersdale, died January 21, 2015 at Golden Living Center, Meyersdale. Born February 26, 1920 in Meyersdale, the daughter of Moses and Sarah Ellen (Albright) Forrest. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, George Rhoten; grandson: John David Mankey; brothers: Leonard and Paul Forrest; and sister: Helen Imler.

Survived by her children: Paul Rhoten and wife Teresa, Meyersdale; and Deb Mankey and husband John, Meyersdale; grandchildren: Matthew (Shana) Rhoten, Michael (Katie) Rhoten, David (Ashleigh) Mankey, Laura (Dave) Lazzarotti and Joshua (Vanessa) Mankey; great grandchildren: Ana, Easton, Curtis, and Lauren Rhoten, and Rachel Lazzarotti.

She retired from Meyersdale Manufacturing and was a member of the Meyersdale Church of the Brethren.

Friends will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, with Pastor Pete Kaltenbaugh officiating. Interment Meyersdale Area Union Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given in her name to the Meyersdale Church of the Brethren, 9 Beachley St., Meyersdale, PA 15552.
