Carol Jean (Smith) Winters, 68 of Dallas, GA, formerly of Meyersdale, died August 25, 2015 in Marietta, GA. Born November 20, 1946 in Meyersdale. A daughter of the late Merle E. and Emma I. (Miller) Smith. Also preceded in death by her brother Burdette W. Smith, and her sister Marlene V. Swindell. Survived by her husband Harold Keith Winters, and two sons: Joshua Keith Winters, Hayden, AL; and Justin Andrew Winters, Nashville, TN. Grandchildren, Kylie Madison Winters and Brantley Reed Winters. Nephews: Steven Smith and family, and David Swindell and family. Nieces: Roxanne Smith and family, Barbara Kuehn and family, Julie Winters, Stephanie and family, Cindy James and family, and Lisa Brock and family. Sister-in-law Margaret Smith, Monroeville, PA; and brother-in-law Robert G. Winters and wife Sandy, Somerset. Friends will be received 2-4 and 6-8 pm Saturday at Price Funeral Service in Meyersdale. Funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 pm Sunday at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church Meyersdale, with Pastor Frank E. Harpster III officiating.
